Intercultura Spanish camp offers a combination of immersion language and cultural learning with adventure tours throughout Costa Rica. Teens learn Spanish right on one of the most beautiful beaches in the country, and in the historical city of Heredia. In addition to intensive Spanish courses, students will also enjoy a multitude of adventure activities including: horseback-riding, surfing, jungle hikes, volcano hikes, turtle watching, zip-lining through the rainforest, relaxing in natural hot springs, evening excursions, bonfires on the beach and more! Teens will also benefit from a full cultural immersion experience during the Heredia camp session, where they live with a native Costa Rican family. This experience offers each student the opportunity to fully engage in authentic Costa Rican culture, eat typical food, as well as practice their Spanish.
