Cayuga's staff is comprised of 135 counselors and 40 senior staff, who assist our counselors and supervise various areas of the camp's program. Our senior staff are professional educators, teachers, nurses, and coaches. The staff/camper ratio is 1 to 4. All staff attend a one-week orientation for qualifying and training prior to the campers' arrival.
