Diving Camp is for beginner to advanced. Camp concentrates on proper stretching, conditioning, springboard mechanics and technical improvement in 1-and 3-meter diving with the use of two 1 and 3-meter boards, trampoline and dry board with belts, and TiVo. Also, social and recreational activities.
